We collect the minimum information needed to operate accounts, deliver market intelligence, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
Data we collect
We collect account identity, organization membership, authentication and security logs, watchlists, alerts, support messages, billing references and product usage. Payment card details are collected by Dodo Payments and are not stored by Bid Terminal.
Market evidence
The ingestion service collects public business and market information from allowlisted sources, plus evidence deliberately submitted by verified operators. We do not target or sell personal data.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, send requested alerts, prevent abuse, support customers, reconcile billing, improve reliability and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use payment to influence market rankings.
Processors and transfers
Infrastructure and operational data may be processed by AWS, Dodo Payments and email or monitoring providers under contractual controls. Cross-border processing may occur where these services operate.
Retention and security
Account and billing records are retained while needed for the service and legal obligations. Raw public market snapshots are retained under the published data policy. We use encryption, access controls, audit logs and least-privilege service roles, but no system is risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention duties. Operators may request a crawler opt-out. Contact privacy@bidterminal.lol; include your account email and jurisdiction so we can route the request.
