Terms of service
These terms govern access to Bid Terminal, a market-intelligence service operated by Neuralway Technologies. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Bid Terminal provides dashboards, alerts, historical data, exports and analytics about online advertising and attention markets. We do not sell advertising positions, process bids, hold customer funds, facilitate transactions between third parties, provide investment advice or distribute payouts.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may not share account access or attempt to defeat service limits.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe it without authorization, submit unlawful data, abuse source operators, resell non-public access, or use the data to deceive others. Public API access is subject to documented rate limits.
Data and methodology
Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Each metric carries source, time and confidence metadata. You are responsible for evaluating that evidence. Nothing on Bid Terminal is financial, investment or legal advice.
Billing
Full Terminal access is sold for a single $49 USD payment and does not renew. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and is the legal seller for checkout, invoices, taxes and payment processing. Local-currency display is an estimate until the invoice is issued. Access is granted only after verified payment confirmation.
Availability and liability
We work toward the published service objectives but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, liability arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid for the service. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
