Refunds & cancellation
Bid Terminal is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel. We aim to make refund decisions direct and predictable.
No recurring charge
The $49 Full Terminal purchase is charged once. It does not create a renewal, billing period or future automatic charge. Billing settings provide access to the Dodo-hosted receipt and payment record where available.
Refund requests
Email support@bidterminal.lol within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase and explain the issue. We review actual product use, service availability and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and currency through Dodo Payments.
Dodo's standard refund tooling accepts eligible full or partial refund instructions within 30 days of a successful transaction. This operational window does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.
Use and abuse
We generally do not refund heavily used access, exported datasets, abusive use, or charges already under dispute, except where law requires otherwise.
Processing time
After approval, Dodo Payments processes the refund and sends a receipt. Your bank controls when the credit appears. Access tied to a full refund is revoked when the verified refund succeeds.
